When you arrive at the rental office:
• There is no need to go to the counter or kiosk.
• Prepare to show the gate agent your reservation in the Skip The Counter app, your driver is license, and your credit card.
• At the start time of your reservation chosen in the app, you will be assigned a license plate number. You can find the vehicle in our parking lot.
• The keys are in the vehicle. Unlock the doors with the app, drive to the exit gate, and enjoy the service.
