ADDITIONAL DRIVERS - Additional Drivers - USD$5.00 per day

AGE - Renters and additional drivers must be min 21 years of age with valid drivers license and major credit card in their own name.

BUSINESS HOURS - The office open from 7:00am until 6:00pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

CANCELLATION - A credit card guarantee is required for each reservation made. Customers who fail to cancel their reservation at least 24 hours prior to pick up of the reserved vehicle , or fail to show up for their rental will be subject to a one day rental charge fee. Reservations must be cancelled at original source of reservation.

DRIVERS LICENSE - Valid drivers licence from any jurisdiction with picture and other picture identification (passport, ID card)

EMERGENCY INFO - Renter should contact rental location or the local Police Department in the event of an emergency.

GAS - Vehicles are rented with a full tank of gas and should be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge.

HOLIDAY - Airport office is open year round.

INSURANCE - Liability insurance US$ 8 per day for car groups ECAR- CCAR. ///Liability insurance US$ 10 per day for car groups ICAR-FCAR ///Liability insurance US$ 15 per day for car groups IFAR- STAR /// Liability insurance US$ 20 per day for car groups SFAR- PVAR ///

ONE-WAY - Cars must be returned to Paradise Car Rental Main Office or an approved dropoff location.

CDW - Collision Damage Waiver for car groups ECAR through STAR - USD$15.00 per day USD$1,000.00 deductible. Car groups SFAR / PVAR - USD$20.00 per day USD$1,000.00 deductible *If CDW is not purchased the client will be responsible for the full value of the vehicle.

PAYMENT - All major credit cards accepted. Personal checks are not accepted. Cash rentals are accepted with a USD$1,000.00 deposit plus total estimated rental charges in advance. Full insurance is required on cash rentals.

If you have made a reservation you may pay on arrival however to make a reservation we will need a credit card to guarantee your vehicle. There may be an authorization on your Credit Card statement of USD$1.00 please be advised that a no show fee equivalent to a one day rental plus taxes with a minimum of USD$35.00 will be charged to the Credit Card. If vehicle is not pick up you can avoid this fee by cancelling your reservation through the same website you made it, you cannot call or write to cancel you can cancel only through the website where the reservation was made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time. Prepaid reservations-if you have a prepaid reservation your Credit Card will be charged in full at the time you made your reservation. The Credit Card that you paid your reservation must be present at the time of pick up. Refund and cancellation policy-a prepaid reservation is a nonrefundable booking. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will not be modified. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund or credit. For customer satisfaction Economy will apply a refund for any of the reasons below-after verification- -flight cancelled and customer could not get to the rental location-natural disaster prevented travel- Illness prevented travel-death in family prevented travel-jury duty prevented travel-Economy was unable to fulfill the customer reservation (example no vehicle available) - Any action due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be advised that there may be a charge of up to USD$150.00 handling fee for canceling. If customer chooses to change the date of their reservation the handling fee will be waived but may be subject to a rate adjustment. For date change please contact 1 877 326 7368. RULES - Rentals are subject to a $12.00 Location Fee plus local Sales Tax of 5% and 8% Surcharge. Vehicles may not be taken off the Island. By renting a vehicle from Economy Rent A Car and Economy Rent A Car affiliates, you hereby agree that any and all disputes and controversies arising out of your reservations and your rental of the vehicle shall be resolved solely and exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

When you arrive at the rental office: • There is no need to go to the counter or kiosk. • Prepare to show the gate agent your reservation in the Skip The Counter app, your driver is license, and your credit card. • At the start time of your reservation chosen in the app, you will be assigned a license plate number. You can find the vehicle in our parking lot. • The keys are in the vehicle. Unlock the doors with the app, drive to the exit gate, and enjoy the service. This optional service is offered at certain offices. Please check if your office offers this service.
